1. Services

We provide direct-to-wall and direct-to-surface printing services at the client’s location.
Final results depend on the condition and texture of the surface.

 

2. Quotes & Pricing

All pricing is estimated based on:

 

• • Wall size
  • Surface condition
  • Design complexity
  • Location and accessibility

 

Quotes may be adjusted if site conditions differ from those discussed or provided in photos.

 

3. Deposits & Payment

 

• • A deposit may be required to secure your project date.
  • Remaining balance is typically due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major payment methods (credit card, bank, etc.).

 

 

4. Surface Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

 

• • Walls are clean, dry, smooth, and ready to print
  • Obstructions are cleared (furniture, fixtures, debris)

 

If the wall requires repair or prep work, additional charges may apply.

 

5. Scheduling & Rescheduling

We will work with you to schedule your installation.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
Delays caused by lack of access or unready walls may result in additional charges.

 

6. Color & Print Output

Colors may vary slightly depending on:

 

• • Wall texture
  • Lighting conditions
  • Design source file quality

 

We will always aim for the closest accurate and high-quality result.

 

7. Warranty & Limitations

Our prints use durable UV-cured inks, but longevity depends on:

 

• • Wall condition
  • Cleaning methods
  • Exposure to sunlight or moisture

 

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

 

• • Wall settling, moisture, impact, repainting, or future construction.

 

 

8. Liability

We will take care to protect your property.
However, we are not liable for:

 

• • Pre-existing wall damage
  • Surfaces that fail due to prior workmanship or conditions beyond our control

 

 

9. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after a deposit is paid, work performed to date or scheduling costs may be deducted from any refund.
